Who "gave" Israel to the Jews in the 1900's, and then directly supported their ethnic cleansing until 1948 again?
If you really want to go back into ancient history, then why stop around the time of the Crusades. Let's go back to the founding of Israel and the Books of Moses, and Joshua that go into great detail of the Jews mass murdering, killing every man, woman, child, beast, and every living thing for their promised land.

If by directly support you mean kill and imprison jewish settlers who had guns to defend themselves then, sure.
If you want to delve in to fantasy fiction, discuss it with someone else.
