how many directors of the bank of america have been directors of Royal Mail.... because that is exactly what they have been doing to any parcel shipped within or without the UK for the past 20 years. It will be opened, and anything of value will be removed, it will then be sealed back up with 'Opened by Royal Mail' tape to let you know it was them who opened your parcel 'for reasons' and sent to you like nothings wrong.

That is why no one in the UK who can afford not to use Royal Mail use Royal Mail... or at least thats what used to happen, up until courier companies then started sacking their own employees and replacing them with contractors who.... dont even deliver parcels they decide they want. And every non delivered parcel results in 'Oh that driver was terminated weeks ago'

Flipside -

Working for Wilkinsons. Get an abusive phonecall from someone who claims theyre being harassed by the company for non payment, claims they never got the delivery. Call the delivery company, company puts me directly onto the driver who delivered it and knew all about the situation who responds to me politiely that hes sorry, he knows im new, but he has already been told multiple times, he is not allowed to email us the photograph of the table and chairs that werent delivered set up in the back yard, complete with a nice big jug of lemonade on it that he took the day he found out he was being accused of stealing a parcel. - Apparently taking a photograph over someones back fence of a stolen item, is in fact, a crime.

Its kind of hard to feel sympathy in either direction.

Everything is set up now so we lose even when we win.
