I disagree. Putin is a product of the USSR. Meaning he is honest to a fault. He is known for not taking bribes. This is why banksters are having a problem with him. Banksters controlled all the banks of the world, if he had any money they would have control over him. The disinformation attacks are always directed at the strongest characteristics, so even that indicates that he is above all honest. Besides, he is a workaholic and spends his free time at his friend's dachas. If he is not using his money what is it for?
