Blizzard has parental controls that allow you to limit game time - just activate it for yourself and use a throwaway password that you'll never remember

Parental controls is also a good way to lock down your account in other ways too, like shutting off Real ID & the cash shop.

I have a full time job and bills to pay. That's a pretty good motivator to stay a fithly casual at WoW.

Being married also helps, because, you know, bewbs are better than WoW, IMHO.
