We got him at 4 weeks and had to bottle feed him, that helps him bond to you. To answer your question, it was both. He would wag his tail when happy and was very playful! But we had to take precautions for his natural instincts, simply put he was still a fox, just domesticated. The best way to describe him is a mix between a dog and a cat. If he wanted love from you it was on his terms. He could get annoyed and or pouty. Look up fox gak, it's pretty funny when they get mad, they sure let you know. Let me know if you have any other questions, I would be happy to answer. 🦊
