Not sure if from Russia, but definitely from that concept. I live in Utah and there is one breeder that is allowed to sell "domesticated"foxes. Her foxes have been in the states for generations. So they are U.S. foxes. I am familiar with the Russian experiment, which was a pretty cool evolutionary thing to see!
