I'm just wondering if this wikileaks release is related to the shadowbrokers hack of the NSA staging server (i heard about this fall of last year) or new material entirely. When I read (on wikileaks) "Recently, the CIA lost control of the majority of its hacking arsenal including malware, viruses, trojans, weaponized "zero day" exploits, malware remote control systems and associated documentation. " - I just wondered if this was what they were referring to, or if this is a new leak.
