IINM, they have a visa system down there that allows Chinese contractors to be brought in at lower pay than the locals to build big enough projects. I'm guessing they're gonna start seeing buildings go up at record speeds, and collapse at the same rate, just like in China.
No one will pay attention to this guy, because if they gave a fuck they would never have allowed the skirting of their domestic labor and construction standards.

TBC I am aware the article is talking about Australia; I was (attempting) to reference the recent upped import tax on Chinese steel here in the states .(500 something % I think!?)
