Yes. Deer are even-toed. So are goats, sheep, cattle etc. But thanks for letting me know. I know I said I know about equine hoof care, but it isn't as compartmentalized or isolated from other farm animal feet, or exposure to common domestic animal diseases as say the compartmentalization between the IT guy and the general manager at the local autism factory.

Yes. The anatomy is different. Particularly in the gut region. I've still personally seen ungulates suffer from a state so similar to what is called founder in horses, to just go ahead and call it founder for the sake of simplicity here.

Point?

Yes? Well, some diseases, sometimes.

Yes?

I love to speculate. It's great problem solving exercise. Please note my use of the word "guess" you weird mf.

Oh, my mistake. I'm cynical and on voat, so I assumed an attitude that I shouldn't have. I'm sorry. I think the way your post was formatted contributed to my misreading. Reading it again, I see you were just being plain in speech.

So you know, in the above, I'm being deliberately informal when talking about the anatomy, for ease of reading by those unfamiliar with the topic.

Please resume. :)

Edit: Can I have one point for my "general manager at the autism factory" bit? I was proud of that one...lol
