That is in fact not true. That's not what racism means.

It doesn't have to be impossible to be racism, it just has to be harder.

Being harder (even if still possible) is enough to be racism.

I and since your entire premise is false, your reasoning can't be interesting.

Can whites get into Yale? Yes. Can they hold the highest, must powerful positions at Yale? Yes.

Is there still racism against whites?

YES. Exactly like you wrote - having a harder time getting in is already racism, even if it's still possible.

If it is harder for a black to get ahead due to their lower IQ and poor impulse control then racism against them is JUSTIFIED.
