If systemic racism is real and black people are being held back it would be virtually impossible for a black man to reach the most powerful position in the entire world.
That is in fact not true. That's not what racism means.
It doesn't have to be impossible to be racism, it just has to be harder.
Being harder (even if still possible) is enough to be racism.
I and since your entire premise is false, your reasoning can't be interesting.

Bathhouse Barry was nominated for the Nobel Peace Price 3 weeks into office. Nuff said.

The United States has created more black millionaires than any country on the planet.
That would not be possible through systemic racism.
Stop making excuses for laziness.

Yes, he can. It's just harder for him than it is for white people.
Hence racism.
Example: if we charge white people an extra tax on buying a house, can they still work extra hard and buy one?
Yes
Is it racism?
Yes.
It's not that hard.

Is there systematic racism against whites?
Obviously yes - you gave a great example here: https://voat.co/v/news/3974761
Are there white people claiming there's no such thing as systematic racism against whites?
Yes there are. A lot. Means nothing.

Edit: great example that you yourself gave:

Yes, you described systematic racism (discrimination based on race) by Yale against whites (and Asians)
Can whites get into Yale? Yes. Can they hold the highest, must powerful positions at Yale? Yes.
Is there still racism against whites?
YES. Exactly like you wrote - having a harder time getting in is already racism, even if it's still possible.
