You have some good points in there. But you're quoting a movie that sexually denigrated one of our women openly on screen in front of children, and a man who was unable to protect his own people and was martyred at a young age.

Those who encourage you to [...] betray reason embracing logical fallacies, are your enemies attempting to recruit you as their useful idiot. Their goal is to get you to dance as their boogieman, and use you to allow for your own genocide.

I agree with this though. Never betray your birthright, that's their trick. Not for a bowl of lentils when you're desperate, not for anything else. Don't take the bribe, emotional or physical, it's a trap.

I appreciate the feedback.. but understand that focusing on the messenger, rather than the message, is falling for logical fallacies.

Star Wars, and all the rest of culture, has turned into a shit show (credit to Voat for being one of the last to fall). I'm in no way suggesting that we surrender our sense to Lucas, Disney, or anyone else. In fact, that is the opposite of my point. Don't let anyone corrupt your sense.

No, it's ok to notice and talk about what people are doing. Focusing on the messenger or the message can be a way to distract from something noteworthy about the other.
