Best you could do is experiment; less cotton, more/less wraps on your coils, more/less airflow. You might also be getting muted to the flavors you're vaping and may need to swap to something radically different(from creamy to fruity vice versa), though it doesn't explain your nic intake.

I'm getting the same symptoms as you but I think it's because I vape much too much and I'm getting used to the flavor and nicotine.

I just realized something. The atty I'm using is best with a hotter vape (compared to a kayfun for example). The temperature with my regular kanthal build ends up probably much higher than 415°F. Considering that I'm used to that hotter vape, the flavor in TC is weaker in contrast. That reminds me when I tried a twisted 30ga coil in it, the flavor was disappointing.

Oh, and it seems that my last build produces a bit more vapor... I think. This time, I made a shorter coil (TI1 26 ga, 7.5 wraps around a 2.4mm drill bit)

I'm glad you figured things out! I'm not familiar with temp control but I hear good things about it. Are you swapping attys or going back to kanthal?
