I really liked the Nautilus Mini. I did find the airflow got plugged up now and then, but with it being in my pocket all day, and me working in a shop environment, it wasn't surprising. And a little soak in isopropyl alcohol took care of it. I was just looking for a backup tank to use while cleaning my Nautilus when I found this setup.
The elastic band is to help keep the tank from hitting the ground and smashing if/when I drop it. The guy who sold it to me put it on, I just didn't take it off.

Thanks for responding!
And I guess it sort of makes sense (re: rubber band). My first set up (Protank 2) shattered that way.
