Oh I am so... shocked. But those net neutrality rules the FCC removed, the FTC will protect us (with their non-existent definition of net neutrality)!
Idiots.
Edit: Once again I will say this. If you call for "new" net neutrality laws, there is a 100% chance they will be written by, and for the benefit of, the telecomm/cablecos. I was actually somewhat paying attention way back in the 1990s when DSL, followed by more, things got deregulated from utility and common carrier status to "information services". Net advancement in the US nearly died.
