I'm pretty sure its unreasonable unless you have solid intel - like pictures and video - that they're armed and waiting for you. -edit: By them I mean any group of people. If you know there are children present you don't fucking take the door like you're in Fallujah
From what I remember about anything related to a building with people in it, storming the place is the absolute last resort. It is the least safe option for everyone involved along with bystanders.
These tactics make no sense unless you openly give 0 regards to the lives of anyone involved or anywhere near the area. There will be deaths. All preventable (barring suicidal people).

Looks like it took two years to get to the appellate court level but even the lower court had ruled against it almost immediately.
