I'm going mostly by the bow tie. To be fair from what I could see of her black dress and red blazer? She's alright in court form what I see. However, you cannot see the front of her. Perhaps she just wore her unprofessional attire for the picture during an interview.
That said...If you know your going to be interviewed while under the accusation of unprofessional attire in a courtroom. You would think you would be wearing very traditional clothing and accessories in public and certainly for any interviews for the foreseable future until your criminal not to mention possible civil case is concluded. That bow tie while fine for a lawyer at a party of a coworker. Is completely idiotic for a lawyer currently facing a contempt of court charge for her courtroom appearance talking to the press.
With that said...I doubt this is the first time shes pushed the envelope of whats acceptable in the courtroom. BUT that is entirely conjecture at this point.
