It's about a business' right to deny service for any reason. In this case they weren't buying anything. They were asked to leave. They didn't leave. So they were trespassing. Just cause they were black doesn't mean they are above the law.

It was their right to enforce their rule in this case and in this way. This very thing probably happens thousands of times in many places every day. That being said it was still racist. Starbucks corporation knows it and knows that most of their customers will regard it as racist. That is why they are doing what they are doing. There used to be Jim Crow laws about obstructing sidewalks too. The laws were used to arrest black people if they did not stand to the side when white people walked by. That was racist and was only used against black people. The same is true about menacing laws where blacks were arrested for looking at white people. Racist but legal under the laws and customs of that time. Your opinion is on the wrong side of the flow of history.
