Looking for general tips on how to be more comfortable. What are some good foods to eat out of the truck stops. How to feel better sooner.

I've spent a whole lot of time in truck stops. Don't judge me, $20 is $20!
And, I avoid their prepackaged stuff. That salad may really have been made this morning, but may be loaded with e coli. Eat stuff that's cooked and still hot.
Depending on your urine screening intervals, opiates are great at relieving a number of symptoms. Sadly, they're REALLY fucking illegal and our government assumes you're an idiot.
Anyhow, it's out of your system in about 72 hours.

puke in da bucket.
Chocolate covered espresso beans to stay alert. (must keep in cool place cause they melt.)
Afrin nasal spray for sinuses. (I was hesitant but it works really well.)
