Go look at the companies and people that MOSTLY fund those new roads/contracts. It's clear you have no idea what's happening. Your shitty link to wiki shows nothing about the current trend I was talking about. The trend is becoming more popular. Hence the today comment. How dumb are you? I didn't say all toll roads in existence were funded by foreign interest. I said today, the trend is that most new roads and take overs are from foreign money. At least, that's what anyone who understands English would infer from my sentence. You seem stuck on the idea that I said all toll roads that exist were funded by foreign investors. The FACT is there is a trend today of these roads being funded by foreign investors. The PIRG foundation did a study that shows this. But since you read wiki once, you're clearly well versed in what's happening behind the scenes.

No, you said often. Yet you have provided no citations.
Hint: There's a reason I often post links about transportation.

Yes, often, today. As in it happens many times in this day in age. I am 100% correct in what I said. Feel free to look up any study of new toll roads and contracts. Often (many times), today, they are funded by foreign interest. No one cares about you trying to be pedantic. Either way, I am completely correct.
