We do elimination communication

I looked this up out of curiosity, that's pretty revolutionary. I'm surprised it's not everywhere.

It’s everywhere not in the US. Many other cultures do it or variations on it, calling it “waiting on baby.” Saves diapers and gets them out of diapers sooner.

It makes a lot of sense now I've read about it. Labour intensive, but much more natural.

I wonder why europeans ditched it, maybe it's something to do with the climate? I know sami still use swaddling clothes because they travel so much. They pack the baby into a carrier filled with moss and sawdust and let it do it's thing while they're moving.
