Do you ladies know of any youtubers or websites who/that explain things very clearly and slowly for a beginner?
I'm learning to crochet from my grandmother, and learning to knit on my own.
I've got own both single knit stitch and single crochet. I'm trying to do raspberry knit stitch for a scarf, but some difficulty tbf.
On a side note, please share your family stories of learning from someone, i'd love to hear them.

Like Worf said, our resident knitter NeedleStack hasnt been around, but you might want to go through her sub v/knitting for some stuff to get started. Shes been running it for a long time so there will be quite a lot of threads to look through

I learned how to crochet from my grandmother too! She only taught me one stitch so I turned to YouTube too but for the longest time I just made scarfs haha. I just search whatever I want to make and go from there. Also if you can find a yarn store near you they usually do beginner classes or workshops.

I did manage to find a local knitting group! I just don't want to show up empty handed lol
