Yesterday I made the easiest pulled pork in the crockpot. You just add root beer and an onion, then cook for ten hours, then drain the liquid, put the pork back in the pot, shred it with a fork, mix in barbeque sauce, and cook for another thirty minutes. It's so simple and so tasty!

Following. I'm so bored with my cooking I can't even tell you. It's not that I don't know how, I just don't have the time or inclination to cook the way I like to with little babies crawling around.
Crock pot recipes are exactly what I need right now.
I'll post a couple of my go-to's that are super easy. Though I've either done them lately, or they don't sound good right now. The heavier ones you can always pair with a salad, or veggie. Gimme a bit

It's not traditional but peanut soup isn't bad.

I guess I should edit - it doesn't have to be traditional. Just something good.

Give the African peanut soup a try, it's not bad. For silly fun, tell your kids they need to pretend they're big lipped Africans while they eat it.

Pork carnitas.
Pork roast to fit your crock pot
Add a jar of salsa, I use medium
Add 1 cup chopped onion
You can add taco seasoning if you like.
Cook on low for 8 hours
Drain the juices, shred the roast, add second jar of salsa, cilantro if you like
Serve with beans and Spanish rice
You can make tacos or burritos.

Edit: I've made Spicy Crock Pot Italian Beef a few times and it's delightful.
