1ts ginger, fenugreek, paprika, black pepper, cumin, coriander , chill powder fry oil low heat .pinch turmeric
1tbs Garam Masala, tomato paste fry
chicken breast diced fry
1-2 big onions diced fry
1-2 bell peppers diced fry
2 carrots grated
1.tin chopped tomatoes
1.lime or lemon juice
cook till tender like a stew i pressure cook for 10-15 mins pressurized make sure there's enough water/ liquid as not to burn add stock or water if you need
serve with rice
also note if you have a pressure cooker you can just fry the spices in oil for 5 mins and just add all the other ingredients and pressure cook for 10- 15 mins, make sure there's enough water/ liquid as not to burn
