Had the exact same reaction.

I'd also add #6, in part. I completely understand and support not playing loud music in a sleepy suburb or a grid-locked highway or downtown core, being courteous is a sign of a healthy society, but go eat a big one with the whole "whites must listen to music at a reasonable volume" during any other time.

I always hate the use of that word because it's interpretation can be so damn broad.

Most music was/is/will be created to celebrate something. Celebrations are times of joy, merriment, and pleasantly charged emotions. All good celebrations are always loud.

Have things declined for white males that they honestly need something like this? You shouldn't want to pretend to be black. Even blacks try to warn others away from the negatives of emulating their sub-culture.
