I'm surprised you didn't mention sundogs.

The atmospheric optical phenomenon you use to explain away the video has never led to an exact disc-like reflection as is shown. What we normally see with ice crystal reflections are light pillars or columns.

These optical events are known as pillars because they appear directly above or below the sun on the vertical plane. In the video the sun has set a fair distance over to the left from where we see the anomaly - therefore it cannot be a sun pillar.
