Alright guys. We've completed the first week of the One Hundred Pushups training program. I want to take this opportunity to thank the everyone who's been involved since @Native kicked this off, even those of you lurking who throw in the up votes.

Should you guys prefer I make the table screen caps for one day, instead of a whole week, make a mention and I'll make it so. Don't forget, the pushup training program is three days of pushups per week. The end of this week you're expected to perform another test to get an idea on how far, or how well you've advanced. If you feel any pain, be mindful of that being your body's way of letting you know that something is wrong. Pay attention and be safe.
If you want to be included in the mentions when I post the pushup updates simply write, "@carnold03, include me in the training program", when you post the number of pushups you completed for the initial pushup test and you'll be kept in the loop.
