The ATF currently measures overall length with collapsible and folding stocks fully open. Being that they make their own rules, this can change at any time, but that configuration looks like it's ok. Minimum of a 16" barrel and at least 26" from muzzle to the end of the stock.

Gotcha, well I still wanted to make a wooden stock but maybe I’ll tinker with something wire down the line. Thanks again gun sage.
