I saw this bizarro youtube vid where they were interviewing a bunch of swedes. They asked a bunch of different people about it and they all kept mindlessly repeating that the rape statistics in their country weren't a "Muslim problem" but a "male problem".

Nice graph, you can even see the drop off as new rapes are not recorded and possibly not even reported. When the police and courts do nothing it's really not worth the trouble, and you risk going to prison yourself for being racist.

FWIW the bottom graph of "cumulative" X is poor in data analysis for correlation-based arguments.

A cumulative measurement never goes down. Cumulative arrivals and cumulative leaves falling from trees are both correlated, but they have nothing to do with each other.
