What happened to Washington, Jefferson, MacArthur, Andrew Jackson?

What happened to mentioning the original ten Presidents? Back during the revolutionary period and the nation was under the original Constitution-POTUS was limited to one term. There were 10 who held the position before the 'new' Constitution was ratified.
The first POTUS wasn't really Washington. John Hancock served as the 7th person to hold the office even.
Not sure which is worse, to be removed from office via assassination, or be erased from office.

Correct.
He was the first president under the constitution, and since we don't operate under the articles of confederation anymore..he's the first since we still operate under the constitutional form of government.
