She watched from the shadows as a horroremerged. A creature of nightmares. It's back curved like an old hag. Arms and legs and arms and legs. It was as if someone had stuck many suits of armour together, and sewn an old man in. Long antennae brushed the walls and floors. A grotesque parody or a horrific monster. The girl was caught in two minds, as she sat frozen on the floor. Half wondering was this real, half believing it was not.
An antennae brushed past her. Like a fishing rod, it whipped through the air. The creature stopped. She realised it was blind. It's antenna began to methodically search the room she was in. She watched in horror as she realised it was only a matter of time. This monster would find her. A rod came swirling towards her. Panic rose up within her. The orb on her neck got warm. She ducked.
The antennae scuttled past her. Another sought her out. This one like an old car antennae. Thin as a whip, it poked her in the chest. The creature stopped. She heard a grating, screeching sound. Click after click after click. The orb grew hot upon her neck. Then suddenly she understood. "There you are" said the bug. "I have been searching everywhere for you."
"What the fuck" said the girl?
"Your name is Whattthhfuck" asked the bug? She could swear it was laughing at her. The way it's antennae shook, and rubbed against each other. She hated the fucking thing. After all she had been through, the horror, the terror. She was starving and cold, and she was probably going to die. And a fucking giant cockroach was laughing at her. It was too much. She began to cry. Great big sobs.
"Ah shit" said the bug. "I'm not that fucking ugly."
