I can sleep through a nuclear holocaust, those alarms don't do it for me.
It also can be set up with IFTTT, so, for example, if you have more than 50 unread emails, it will vibrate. If an hour passes and you still haven't answered them, it will zap you. It doesn't work for everyone, but it sure as hell motivates me.

That's what alarms on watches and clocks and tablets and phones can do.
So, after breaking your nasty habit, does it really have more utility than the things you already own that can wake you up?
