Can you think of any other good examples? They're all on the tip of my tongue but can't think of any

I'm stealing these examples because they were better than the ones I could think of:

In New Vegas, the narator isn't just a voice over but an actual character who hangs out in a room

In Skyrim, the statues are actually just NPC's that are frozen in place

In Arkham City, if you no-clip through the walls you can find multiple riddler NPC's hidden throught the map, similar to the New Vegas example

In World of Warcraft, all quest events happen via 'Bunny Triggers'

In a few games (e.g. Fallout 3 and Oblivion) in-game voice-overs need to come from a model, so an NPC is added out of the play area, perhaps beneath the ground or inside an unreachable building.
