That is not two term. Senators are congressmen as well. He effectively served 15 terms, or 17 if the two terms they mentioned are not included in the 30 years. Then again, it's just FNN lying again. Shocker there!

Dang I should have looked up the definition of congressman before responding, just so I knew beyond whatever is beyond a shadow of a doubt that both senators and representatives are considered "congressmen." 17 term congressman woohoo!

Okay so he was a 2 term congressman of the house before being a 15 term congressman of the Senate. Do you need your hand held anymore to see through the obvious mental gymnastics or can you see yourself the rest of the way?
