Well since I wrote the article I got some feedback about the aspects of the stock pulling it lower, 1. Competition from Garmin, Jawbone. 2. Pending lawsuit from Jawbone that they stole IP and Employees 3. Apple Watch.
My thoughts are that Garmin and Jawbone will be left in the dust as in just three years Fitbit has shown it can innovate faster and develop into new technology areas such as their Fit Scale. 2. The lawsuit won't be found liable, Fitbit has some mighty fine patents of their own which are defendable and 3. People like myself and others don't want another watch which has a 2 year lifespan which makes you look at your phone even more.
I could go on longer but those are the main parts which results the stock where it is today. When Fitbit start knocking them down one by one we'll see it head higher. I'm in it for the long term.
