Good point. My son has a debit card and truck that belong to me, I figure I should stay reasonably sober.

We found a cute little house right across from the lake. It's a small area, so papers are signed already and he already has the keys. They really didn't need to do a credit or background check, so it was trivial. He's going to be in the village, but across an insignificant town line. He's over on the western side of town.

They're picking out furnishings, or finished already. Due to time constraints, they're staying in Farmington tonight.

Three bedrooms, two and a half baths, and only $650 per month. Rent here is absurdly low and he can choose rent to own, but he's smart enough to not do that.

Glad to hear it was so easy and they will be living fairly close to you. Is he going to be looking for a job in the area?

This is a bit too public to respond accurately.

Neither of them needs to seek employment. Both will be gainfully employed by next week. Her job was a prerequisite to her visa. He will work because his father has little patience for those who don't work but can work. Her job is mandatory and had to be assured before moving here. She's on a work visa.
