Good point. My son has a debit card and truck that belong to me, I figure I should stay reasonably sober.
We found a cute little house right across from the lake. It's a small area, so papers are signed already and he already has the keys. They really didn't need to do a credit or background check, so it was trivial. He's going to be in the village, but across an insignificant town line. He's over on the western side of town.
They're picking out furnishings, or finished already. Due to time constraints, they're staying in Farmington tonight.
Three bedrooms, two and a half baths, and only $650 per month. Rent here is absurdly low and he can choose rent to own, but he's smart enough to not do that.

I 'member!
For some reason, I feel compelled to link the song when I drink wine.
Except I gave up on the wine after two glasses and am now on Gatorade. I realized I don't want to be hungover tomorrow.
I also realized I needed to be reasonably intelligent tonight.
Damn it!
