My local range has a class where you buy the pieces and they show you how to put it together with everyone. I've been meaning to and this finally pushed me to do it.

I'd love that; I have been watching few how-to videos online, enough to know that's something I'd like to do, but not enough to learn the skills / know-how ; if a local range / gun shop had this kind of class, they'd get my money, no question (even though I'd know one could put a build together more cheaply on one's own)

I'd do it on my own if I was more confident; I don't wanna fuck up anything. Plus the owner's cool as fuck and always let's me shoot his new guns so I don't mind throwing money their way.
