If a company has state or federal contracts they are required to hire a percentage of minorities. Construction firms that do state or federal work have to have a certain percentage of minorities. I think most employers are forced to do this or they wouldn't.

I absolutely understand that skin color quotas are the norm for everyone now, but I was referring more to companies and people whose sole claim to fame is not great product, great service, or knowledgeable, friendly staff - it's the proper genital/skin color ratio that's so hot right now.
