Well the only reason the Californian's left is because all the indians, asians, and mexican came in. There are towns that have more Asians immigrants here who buy up all the property and rent it out at double the price. California has the same population of Filipinos as the capital of the Philippines.

There is very little restriction on legal federal immigration and green cards. They come here for a job get married, or school, get legal, no one said they wanted illegals, we used to have worker programs, they come in work the farms, and leave, now we have H1B and losing jobs to tech workers that will work on a barista's salary.
