I concur and I'll state I live in Colorado. If it's a major city in Colorado with 10 miles then 300K+
The reason? All the Californians need to go back.

From Colorado, can verify. I'm an hour south of the springs, and $200k buys a pretty nice house on an acre. The commute is killer though.

150k gets you one of the 100 year old sears-roebuck houses outside of fort carson. Of course no land and you might get shot.

Well the only reason the Californian's left is because all the indians, asians, and mexican came in. There are towns that have more Asians immigrants here who buy up all the property and rent it out at double the price. California has the same population of Filipinos as the capital of the Philippines.

I understand but they voted to let them in.

Shit, I know about Denver. If you want an actual house in Denver proper and you don't want to live anywhere near the hood, $300k isn't even close to being enough. Tell me I'm wrong.

Not wrong. Denver and Boulder are horrible for afford-ability. It's the new Cali-Col corridor(Boulder-Denver). This is causing upto 40 miles outside of Denver proper to get Massive price increases. I've watched houses double in price in 6 years. Everything is well above the housing bubble high.
