What's worse are the people who attack it and then say they're still going to buy it. If you don't like it then don't buy it. No one is going to force you to buy it and buying it means that they will never learn. The best case scenario is that the iPhone 7 tanks. Like, really fucking tanks. Then the iPhone 7 Plus (which will definitely happen) has an earbud jack and an apology. What's more likely to happen now is that the next Samsung phone also doesn't come with a headphone jack.
When you treat consumers like shit and they still buy your crap you're giving them permission to treat you like shit.

Do you really think Samsung is going to look at the influx of Samsung smartphone purchases in reaction to the iPhone 7's shittiness and all the memes calling out Apple's bullshit and think "You know what we need to do? Follow Apple's example and remove the audio jack."?

Depends if it sells. If the iPhone 7 sells well, then Samsung might consider doing the same; remove the audio jack and sell its own wireless earphones.
I personally trust Samsung not to do it since they are more about utility than focussing on sleekness like Apple, but in the world of capitalism, anything that's successful should be treated as such and considered on the drawing board.

Why the fuck not? They removed the removable battery and user expandable memory. Samsung are just as bad at removing feature as what Apple are..
Well to be fair they did add the latter back later.

That's provided that happens. If this causes more people to switch to Samsung, or another smartphone, that would be great. But you can't stop Apple sheep from buying whatever crap Apple throws at them.

Kinda like people really hating and not trusting Hillary but will vote for her anyway....just because.

Except the difference is that there's a few decent alternatives to an Apple product.

The iPhone 7+ is the bigger screen model, you're thinking of the iPhone 7S. Also Android was the first one to remove the jack.

Android didn't remove it, some manufacturers of Android device manufacturers did. Difference is that with iOs there will no longer be production phones with a jack while with Android you have hundreds of options that have one still.
