My theory is that FPH is full of hidden hams hating on each other, and skinny fats. Though there are a small % who are actually fit, most of them are not fit and have no idea what working out is.

Well, it makes sense to me. I mean, why waste energy on "hating" on fat people for fun? While I don't mind seeing some of the fat pictures which can be funny, the blog posts about how dreadful someone's day was ruined by a fatty seems pointless.
I see it as the same concept as someone who hates homosexuals is probably gay as well, but doesn't want to admit it. Hating on homosexuals and seeing gay sex as wrong is two different concepts.
