Since the obese/overweight are now beyond 70% of the population (a bit lower for the 20ish/30ish age bracket group, but only because they didnt have the chance to build up that fat yet, their alzheimer buildup rate is even higher than that of their parents though). You could basically be looking more successful, less loserish if you just go out for a walk 1 hour a day, 3 times a week, for a year. While only drinking water.

That is how easy it is to beat the competition.

Now imagine if you actually did sports, if you were into weight lifting...

Make it about 30-40 mins 4-5 times a week and that's basically owning a dog and not being a dick owner (eg: walking him). Add on a regular 1 hour 3/week workout, eating salad, steaks, and veggies instead of McBeetus and that's all it takes to be in great shape. Nothing very strenuous at all.
