I am no longer 'young'. But I am thin and have 0 dollars in the bank, with no debt.

That makes me wealthier than the majority of people, and better looking than most single guys my age.

When I was younger people told me I should get married soon or I would be alone and unable to find a woman later in life.

Thanks to high rates of divorce and lowered quality of competition, I am more valuable to women than I ever have been, and it just keeps getting better.

I may still be single, but these days I only sleep alone when I choose to, and if I am sick of the woman I am with it requires very little effort to replace her with a new one.

Oh and the icing on this cake is that college age women are empowered enough that they have no problem dating someone my age. Sometimes i think they are drawn to it.

So don't feel bad for us single older guys. Because we have nothing but pitty for the married folk.

Don't fall for the marriage trap even if you find a very attractive woman.

I really dislike the way most voaters see marriage. My wife is my best friend , we've been together for 14 years, have a wonderful son, and I would not be happier if I were single or just playing the field. Do what works for you, buy laying down a huge blanket statement like this is unnecessary.

I will never put my foot in that bear trap.
Life is good. I'm not gonna fuck that up.

I make it clear when I begin dating a woman that I will never marry, so if that is a deal breaker for them then they should go.

If you're not fat, this will almost always be the case.

good post, but having " 0 dollars in the bank" does not make you wealthier than most people lol

Having 0 dollars and no debt does make me wealthier than most. Most North American people live in debt and only have a positive net value if you include assets.
I have a positive value without having to sell anything. That means I am wealthier than most.
