I believe that the big mistake everybody is making is treat this as a personal issue. I couldn't care less about who is who, who is a SJW or a hater or troll or whatever. These subjects are more fit to subversedrama. IMO, if you want serious discussion, forget about all of this. The point is: deleting posts in a default sub because the lack of a character was correct?

I can prove the "The only people sick of "political correctness" are those who get pissed off because someone tells you not to use bigoted slurs and sexist speech." comment

this discussion was shut down by she and seems to attract start of the down votes

as to the general accusation of "?" deletions, here

I don't know if this is worthy of the response she recieved but there it is.

As i said, this is about the user, and I think it's irrelevant. People can think as they want to, downvotes and upvotes will occur, so what? I don't see this discussion going anywhere, because it became personnel drama.

And my opinion of this is characterized by everyone, including Atko's, response: "Oh noes! The mods are enforcing the rules! WE MUST PUT A STOP TO THIS BY DOWNVOTING EVERYONE WHO THINKS CHARACTER ASSASSINATION IS WRONG!"

There was a big uproar to prevent someone from being a mod, based on their comments. Then, there was a bigger uproar to remove the same person from being a mod. It's not a personal issue though... why would we think that? \s

It's obvious that there are two groups in some power war here. And I don't care about it.
The title of this post is about a subverse and an admin. As far as I know, a mod in this subverse deleted posts commented and voted because of a very strict rule. The admin switched a flag making this subverse less special than it was (being a default is a privilege, if you want traffic). That's it. And something about tits. Maybe it's an old Romansh saying, who knows? Well, he could have avoided that part. I wouldn't mind if someone said me to calm me weiner, but this is subjective.

All the persecution you're talking about have nothing to do with admins or being default. Be a bit more flexible, just a little, and everything will be alright. If it's true that you're being persecuted by trolls, you're just feeding them now.

It was publicly discussed and the reasons for doing so very well elucidated in /v/modsofaskvoat. Complaining about that is like complaining your elected politician did something because you weren't paying attention. @She didn't do a damn thing wrong.

[–] Ominae 0 points 23 points (+23|-0) ago

Why wouldn't I complain if my elected politician did something wrong? More than that, when exactly was this person "elected"?

It may be an unpopular opinion here, but I'd much rather take a dictatorial admin who believes in punishing overzealous mods than the overzealous mods thereof.

If you already decided that, why this post? Also, I'm not here to talk about people. I'm talking about askvoat and moderation.

[–] EIMR 0 points 3 points (+3|-0) ago

v/modsofaskvoat is dead and empty, that sub is just for hiding disagreements with the moderation.
