Yeah, yeah, i know, lifestyle changes >>> brief diets. I want to lose a quick five or ten pounds within the next few weeks, and after that, I'll permanently correct whatever led to the weight gain.
I suspect at least five pounds is water weight, possibly due to cycle related changes. That's pretty normal for me. I still need to lose a net of 15-20 pounds to deal with that five pound shift safely.
I'm going to do this for A week or two, where i replace one if not two meals with a protein shake or two. I'll eat cheese, crackers, nuts, fruits, and veggies for snacks. And I'll do one regular sized meal of pretty much whatever i want.
This is basically what i did in the past to lose weight, and it worked. Onwards, friends.
