Yep. Do the low carb high fat thing and eat whatever you want (that has low net carbs) whenever you want.

Snack on meat. Nuts (not legumes like peanuts). Cheese. Avocado. Pickles (not sweet).

Avoid starch and sugar.

I assume this is a post about weight. Change your diet and the weight goes away. Then when you emotionally eat, it'll be fine.

Just binge eat some halo top ice cream.
