When you screw up big time, that's when you need to support yourself. When you hear that voice in your head explaining why you're an idiot, you need to tell yourself that you don't need to beat yourself up, you already understand that you messed up. Cut yourself some slack so you can do better next time. The goal should be to improve, not make yourself afraid to ever try. Every successful person ever has believed in themselves. Often more than anyone else.

Thanks and this is true, I really pray I start to get it down as second nature, still feels like I am practicing most days.

I really appreciate your counsel...

Habits take time. One thing that really helps is to place yourself in a possitive environment. You're personallity takes on traits of the people you hang around with most, so hang out with healthy people. PM me if you ever need advice. You'll do great :)
