So many things have improved for me by reducing/abstaining from sugar... My mood, my skin health, my weight, my complexion... Refined carbs, too.

Have you cut out all carbs, though? Apparently we need some carbs for a good mood. Complex carbs like in wheat breads, and the fiber-balanced natural sugars in fruits...

Eating a high protein and green leafy diet makes my anxiety and mood stable.
